little old me (and my adventures)

First things first: my photography. I’m an outdoor family photographer for Berkshire (largely in Reading) who spends her days creating fun, natural, photography that captures the genuine connection within families who love to adventure together. I love working with families: kids are the most rewarding subjects a photographer can work with. I also love maternity shoots: I usually encourage my mums-to-be to come in somewhere between 32 and 37 weeks: the bump is nice and big, but there’s little danger of me suddenly having to deliver a baby!

Speaking of babies, my absolute favourite age is 7-10 months. They’re usually sitting up, super curious and “into” absolutely everything. Their little personalities are fully developing and they are just so much fun. When it comes to my family photography, I love an energetic, all-hands-on-deck kind of shoot with loads of action and lots of laughs. My family sessions involve silly games, biscuits, and plenty of heartwarming cuddles. It’s not how every photographer does it, but it works for me.
