SOME VERY

kind words

Anna was amazing from start to finish! She went and scouted out the best spot, in our chosen location; she took all of our wants and needs into consideration; she made us feel at ease throughout the shoot, which resulted in some beautiful natural shots.

HAZEL & MARK

Family Session

We booked Anna for a maternity shoot and then again for a newborn shoot and I cannot recommend her enough. With Anna it didn’t even feel like a shoot, just us having fun and Anna capturing some beautiful pictures of our little family – thank you Anna!

NICK & LAURA

Maternity Session

Anna was so lovely to work with and produced really special family photos for us. She was so accommodating (which is so helpful with a new baby!) and friendly that it made the experience relaxing and a lovely family experience for us all.

GOT SOME

questions?

What are mini sessions?

A bluebell mini session is exactly what it sounds like: a smaller version of my regular family photo sessions giving you a taste of what I do. I’m often asked what the difference is between a mini session and a full session. My blog post about photography mini sessions breaks down the difference to help you decide which type of session is right for you.

What should we wear?

Clothing choice is so important when shooting in bluebells. Reading’s bluebell woods turn a vibrant colour of green, purple and blue. To compliment this strong colour palette I recommend opting for neutral tones such as cream (avoid white), grey and light pink. Layers are also great for this time of year as they add variety to your images by removing or adding layers midway through your session. If you’d like a second opinion you can always send me a photo of your outfits and we can have a chat about what works best.

What if it rains?

Excellent question. This time of year can be sunny one moment and showery the next. Specialising in outdoor family photography means I’m not put off by a bit of drizzle. But if the weather is really a no-go, then we’ll reschedule for the back up date I provide to you on booking.

WHAT IF WE'RE LATE?

Even with the best will in the world, things don’t always go to plan. I’m a mum of two and completely get that! If you know you will be late give me a call as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to fit you in. I do ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your allotted time to allow for any last minute hiccups.

What should we bring?
  • SNACKS
  • Water
  • Many, many wipes
  • An extra outfit for anyone under 3
  • Children’s favourite cuddly toy
how can i spend my print credit?
