This Autumn I had the delight of photographing Kate and Ian’s family for the third time with their amazing kids Phoebe, Felix and Florence. It reminded me I’d not actually blogged our first photo shoot when Florence was 6 months old. It’s on the to-do list!
This family are just the best and I love hanging out with them. I met Kate and Ian over 6 years ago at an NCT class in Reading. Since then I’ve seen them pretty much every week. It’s been an amazing experience watching their family grow and seeing friendships form between all our children. We’ve been on a few adventures together as families and have some of the funniest stories. Calling the park ranger after getting lost in the woods at Basildon Park is a particular favourite!
For this Autumn photo shoot we headed to Dinton Pastures Country Park. The woodland, fallen leaves and lakes made the perfect backdrop for playing games.
My favourite bit was at the end of the photo shoot letting the kids get soaked in the lake. Check out the little video montage at the end of this post for the best splashes!
This is the third time Anna has taken photos of our family and as always it was a joy! Anna was absolutely fantastic with the kids – they had a great time running around, chasing each other and jumping in puddles, all whilst Anna took wonderful photos. We are so happy with them and can’t wait to get them on the wall! Thanks Anna x

Puddle jumping at Dinton Pastures
What could be more fun at the end of an Autumn photo shoot than puddle jumping in the lake. These two were absolutely soaked but it was worth it to capture these fun little moments. Here’s 15 seconds of pure joy to put a smile on your face.

LET’S TALK
If you’ve enjoyed everything you’ve seen here (and I do hope you have!) then don’t be timid, drop me a line and book in your family photo shoot with me now. Right this second. No time like the present.
Beautiful photos. I miss being able to hang out with my nieces and nephew. Love the one of the three of them holding hands.
Thanks so much Amy 🙂 It’s so hard right now isn’t it, we’re missing our nieces and nephews too. Hope you and your family are ok x
