Sunset photo shoots are my favourite and Dinton Pastures Country Park near Hurst, Wokingham offers some spectacular sunsets over Black Swan Lake. So you can imagine my excitement when my lucky Christmas Giveaway winner Helen suggested we head there for their family photo shoot. Spring is the perfect time for family sunset shoots as the sun sets around 6pm. Perfect timing for heading home afterwards for some treats before bed time 😉
Helen and her family were just full of fun and smiles. They love being outdoors and playing family games so I knew we would be the perfect match. Toby and Chloe are the exact same ages as my two kiddies and we immediately hit it off talking Minecraft and unicorns. Toby was a little quiet to start off with but his fun cheeky side soon came out. He definitely took after his Dad! Chloe was super sweet with the most incredible smile and had lots of questions for me.
It had been 3 years since the family had professional photos and they had one ask: a laughing photo to remember they could get through anything together. And with such a loving and happy family that was an easy ask!

If you have a favourite location you would love to go on your outdoor family photo shoot then get in touch and we can have a chat. Or why not take a look at my other family sessions on the blog or some lovely reviews from previous clients.
